Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC ("Spreadsight," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Spreadsight marketing website at spreadsight.ai (the "Site") and the invite-only Spreadsight application portal at spreadsight.ai/app/ (the "Portal").

Information We Collect

Information you submit through our forms. The Request a Demo and Contact forms on the Site collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content you choose to provide. These submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, directly to our inbox at daniel@kaufmanredev.com.

Information from Portal accounts. The Portal is a private, invite-only tool. Accounts are created individually by the account owner through Supabase Authentication, and account data (such as email address and any data you enter into the Portal, including the Buyers tab) is stored in a Supabase-hosted database. Public sign-up to the Portal is closed; access is granted only by invitation.

Chat messages with Scout. Both the Site and the Portal include an on-site AI guide called Scout, "powered by Bridgestar AI." By default, Scout answers from a built-in local knowledge base and no message you type is sent anywhere. If an optional live-conversation backend is enabled, the text you type into Scout is transmitted to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into Scout.

Property lookups. Addresses entered into the Portal's "Real Property Value Lookup" tool are sent, through our own serverless proxy, to RentCast, a third-party automated valuation model (AVM) provider, solely to return an estimated property value and comparable sales.

How We Use Information

• To respond to demo requests and contact-form inquiries.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the Portal for its invited users.
• To generate property value estimates you request through the Portal's calculators.
• To improve the Site, the Portal, and Scout's built-in knowledge base.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy practices:

• Web3Forms delivers Request a Demo and Contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Supabase provides authentication and database hosting for the invite-only Portal.
• RentCast provides automated property value estimates for the Portal's Calculators tab.
• Bridgestar AI / underlying AI model provider powers Scout's optional live-conversation mode.
• Netlify hosts the Site, the Portal, and the serverless functions that connect to RentCast.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or general-purpose analytics trackers. The Portal uses Supabase authentication tokens, which are strictly necessary to keep an invited user signed in.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry. Portal account and Buyers data is retained for as long as the Portal account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us by contacting us at daniel@kaufmanredev.com. Portal users may also contact their account administrator directly.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Portal are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
